Rest/Skills Day

Work Hips, Ankles, Shoulders

Burgener Warm-up
2x with stick
2x with empty bar

Move from bottom of dip/drive of Burgener warm-up to low hang position
10x with stick
10x with empty bar 

Move from low hang position to bottom of dip/drive of Burgener warm-up 
10x with stick
10x with empty bar 

Low Hang Snatch
Keep going up in weight as long as technique is correct.  Go to high hang snatch if cannot resist early jump or early pull.
