For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

    In other news that reveals important details about our psyches (Ryan, you are clearly sick), lately I have been remembering all of my dreams. I often have dreams in which I make up an outfit I want to wear, remember something I need to edit in a document or something I need to tell someone, and last night, I made up a workout. AMRAP in 10 minutes of 3 med ball cleans, 6 wall balls, 9 pullups. I love this, and I will do it tomorrow at 4 p.m. open gym, if anyone would like to join me.

    those aren’t boobs .. those are lies!.. I think she literally just CRUSHED every boy’s fantasy. It’s women like that – that give boobs a bad name. Seriously… What on earth do you do with tatas that large besides crush things ? Motor boat rides are certainly a big NO NO
