Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
Scale as needed
Those who attended Brent's Paleo session yesterday heard about the importance of Vitamin D. Dr. Connelly also talks about the importance of Vitamin D in his lecture, Insulin: Body Weight, & Energy Production, a lecture we've recommended to everyone on numerous occasions. Now, yet another reason to be concerned: low Vitamin D levels are a strong predictor of heart failure. If in doubt, get your Vitamin D level tested.
