Using a single 60lb dumbbell, 3 rounds, 15-12-9 reps of:
Thrusters right arm
Thrusters left arm
"One-arm" pull-up right arm (left hand grabs the right wrist)
"One-arm" pull-up left arm (right hand grabs the left wrist)

Saturday, December 5, we will do the hero workout, Lumber Jack 20
in honor of 4 of the victims of the Ft. Hood massacre who were active
members of the CrossFit affiliate there. In addition to honoring their
memory, we are raising money for their families.
Donate what you can, get friends and family to donate in support of
your efforts, and come do the workout. Start here.
Invictus movie opens Dec. 11. We have scored free tickets to
a screening on Mon., Dec. 7. Showing is at Atlantic Station. We'll meet at the gym and leave around 5:15 PM Monday. Sign up at the gym, limited supply, first come-first serve.
