    36 60lbs weighted one-arm pull-ups on each side! Can’t wait!

There were over a hundred comments on the main site this morning, all arguing about whether the pull-ups were weighted or not. How did the a.m. trainers interpret this? Is it intended to be a strength workout or a metcon?

Main site has been updated. The pull-ups are weighted. Sounds like a strength workout.
“Using a single 60lb dumbbell for both thrusters and pull-ups…”

I would like to go see Invictus but I am not sure when I will be able to come to the gym and sign up for it. If it is OK, could someone sign my name?
Most likely I will be able to meet at Atlantic Station, since it is closer to me, v.s. at the gym.
    Thanks

I started a sign up list for the movie on the white board under the poster. That’s WAY too many prepositional phrases for one sentence. I’m sure someone will be kind enough to put KBA’s name up there.
Does anyone anyone want to participate in a 100 day ring dip challenge with me? Scratch that. Would anyone be willing to participate in a 100 day ring dip challenge with me?? Today I did TWO!! (**Said enthusiastically, as though this were a matter of great pride.**)
I am very excited about tomorrow’s party. I got a Christmas tree. Her name is Sally.

Is that ring dip challenge where you end up doing 100 ring dips on the 100th day?

Yepper. But, you can break them up, obviously. Do some in the morning and some at night. I suck bad at these (as opposed to my normal level of suckieness) so I am going to force the issue and finally figure out how to kip.
