    Today’s WOD: 1 round + 10 TGUs, scaled to a 1 pood kettlebell
    Yesterday’s “Total”, done as 5RM instead of 1 RM: 5 reps of 97kg for back squat; 4 reps of 47kg for SP; and 3 reps of 110kg for DL.

    it got easier with practice and remembering to focus on technique. next time will be better.
