congrats Kurt! congrats to Matt Reed as well-for the prettiest, cleanest first muscle up i’ve ever seen. Matt is a testament to hard work and consistency. He comes in every day and works his weakness. he refuses to cut corners,Great job dude!
And last, but not least, I am crowning Jean Springer as the Baddest Mammajamma in the Gym. I’m talkin Clubber Lang, Mike Tyson in his prime, Leroy Brown BAD! yesterday during the 50, Jean pulled a pukie mid way through burpees, rallied and was back to them before a minute had passed on the clock! finished the workout then shotgunned a beer (3.2 seconds) and upon letting out a victory belch exclaimed: “now thats a burpee!” I pity the fool that tries to mess with Jean Springer.
props to everyone else who PR’d and kicked ass yesterday-lots of great performances

Yes, congrats to everyone that pushed through yesterday. There were tons of PR’s and great numbers going up—the energy in the gym was contagious!
In other news, all I have in me today is a run…maybe a 5k. I’m so sore, it’s ridiculous. I looked like someone in a nursing home getting out of bed this morning. Anyone up for a run from the gym at some point tonight? Otherwise, it’s treadmill city for me.

The next video we are going to see is you doing yours, P. It’s going to strike fear into the hearts of the competitors you will face, and I personally can not wait for that day. Would you please shut them up and get it already? (Love you, just trying to light a little fire, here.)
